A new dean has been  appointed to the Faculty of Management of the University of Peradeniya

A new dean has been  appointed to the Faculty of Management of the University of Peradeniya Professor Ravi Kuruppuge.

.The  new Dean, was appointed by a unanimous decision of the Faculty Board,  He assumed office on 18 August 2023. 

Professor Ravi Kurupuge, a Bachelor of Business administration from University of Peradeniya, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Colombo, and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Kelaniya.

 He completed his PHD at the Tomas Bata University in Zlin,of  the Czech Republic. 

After the tenure of the former Dean of the Faculty of Management, Professor Atula Ekanayake, the new Dean was elected by the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Management.
